DCC – First PTA meeting (2017-18)

Jeevan Asha’s first PTA meeting for the year 2017-18 was held today and was well attended by both mothers and fathers. Our Chairman and Founder, Mr. Basil D’Souza, shared his vision for the children and the community. The parents were also introduced to the DCC staff and informed of our teaching pedagogy. Ms. Rosita Wagle of our CDP team spoke on taking care of our children during the monsoons. It was a good day! Here are a few pictures from the event:

An Expression of Hope

Jeevan Asha - Tanvi Gavit
We work with children of varied abilities, helping them realize their potential and developing them further. Tanvi Gavit is slower than the other kids in reading and writing but she excels in creative activities – she loves to dance, recite poems and colour. The DCC gives her every opportunity to express herself; she loves being at Jeevan Asha.
