Where there is a will, there is a way 60-year-old Pavitra was the first to register for the Adult Literacy Programme as she asked herself the question, “What stops me from learning to read and write?” Because of her age, Pavitra finds it difficult to keep up with the rest in her class but she is persevering. She has not only taken up the challenge to read and write but has also become an inspiration to many young men and women who come to these classes.
